Thank you for shopping at Konfidential Kouture Limited. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Change of Mind Returns (14-Day Policy)
We offer a 14-day return policy for change-of-mind purchases. You have 14 working days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
• All original hang tags and labels must be intact and attached.
• The item must be in its original packaging with your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Process a Change of Mind Return:
1. Contact us at KonfidentialKoutureNZ@gmail.com to request your return authorization. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
2. Once authorized, send your item to our designated return address:

3. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 5% restocking fee applies to cover administrative processing.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Consumer Guarantees Act)
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at KonfidentialKoutureNZ@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA):
• If an item is faulty or defective, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund to your original payment method.
• For confirmed defective or incorrect items, Konfidential Kouture Limited will cover or reimburse all return shipping costs, and no restocking fee will apply.
3. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
• Items that show visible signs of wear, dirt, or alterative use.
• Items with missing hang tags or damaged original packaging.
• Sale items or Gift Cards (unless required by law due to a product fault).
4. European Union 14-Day Right of Cancellation
If merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason under EU Consumer Rights rules, provided the merchandise is in its original unworn condition with tags and original packaging attached.
5. Refunds & Processing Times
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.
• Defective/Faulty Items: Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Change of Mind Returns: Approved returns will be issued as a store credit (minus the 5% restocking fee) within 7 business days.
Please note that banking institutions may take additional time to post refunds to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at KonfidentialKoutureNZ@gmail.com.
