Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

 All orders are dispatched from our store at 222 High St, Motueka 7120, New Zealand.

 Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (NZST) on business days (Monday–Friday) will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on NZ public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

Domestic Delivery Times & Rates (New Zealand)

We aim to deliver all domestic orders door-to-door within 5 business days nationwide.

 Delivery Partners: Orders are delivered door-to-door via tracked NZ Post / CourierPost services.  

 Door-to-Door Service: A street address is required for door-to-door courier deliveries. If shipping to a PO Box, delivery will default to standard mail holding rules.

International Shipping

 We offer door-to-door international tracked shipping to select countries.

 Estimated international delivery timeframes range between 7 to 14 business days depending on customs processing in the destination country.

 Import Duties & Customs Taxes: International orders may incur local duties, taxes, or clearance fees upon arrival. Konfidential Kouture is not responsible for paying destination customs charges; these remain the buyer's responsibility.  

Order Tracking & Support

 Real-Time Tracking: Once your order is scanned out by our courier, you will receive an email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for scan updates to go live.  

 Delayed or Missing Parcels: If your parcel has not arrived door-to-door within 5 business days of receiving your dispatch confirmation (for domestic orders), please contact us at konfidentialkouturenz@gmail.com with your order number so we can lodge a query with the courier.

Pursuant to the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, goods damaged or lost prior to customer delivery will be replaced or refunded promptly upon investigation.
