Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with the return instructions and next steps.
What condition must my item be in?
Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, alterations or missing tags may not be eligible for return.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive your store credit details by email. Store credit can be used towards a future Konfidential Kouture purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Are sale items returnable?
